As Italian expatriates in America, our founders realized that many of the fresh flavorful modern Italian foods

they ate at home were not available in the United States. Instead, they found grocery shelves filled with “old fashioned” foods from decades ago.


PRANZO is introducing Americans to the amazing foods of Italy that aren’t currently being imported

to the United States. They may sound like foods that are available on shelves now, but they are much better

versions of each item.
