That’s why we choose to craft our balsamic vinegar the difficult way, using an authentic slow process that culminates

We harvest grapes from two of the most traditional varieties in the heralded Italian region of Emilia Romagna:

sweet and fruity Trebbiano and sharply acidic Lambrusco grapes.


In the end, it’s a rich, flavorful balsamic vinegar you’ll feel compelled to pour on just about everything or use as your

very own secret ingredient for marinades and condiments.
