It’s crafted with celebrated semolina flour from the stunning coastal and sun kisses hill regions

of southern and central Italy. Milled on site with the finest wheat berries, capturing the freshest

flavors and scents and the highest protein content.  

 

Our slow drying process replicates the “sun and wind’ conditions utilized by Italian families for centuries

to prepare this dietary staple. This patient, time-honored process results in a pasta that absorbs water slowly

when cooking, ensuring the final product is perfectly al dente.

RICE

Carnaroli rice is crafted with a passion for Italy’s rich culinary tradition. Known as the “king of Italian rice,”

Carnaroli is cultivated in the lush northern regions of Lombardy and Piedmont, where ideal growing conditions

give rise to its premium quality. Its long, thick grains and celebrated structure make it especially suited for risottos because it absorbs flavors while staying beautifully al dente.

 

Our rice boasts a naturally high starch content, allowing each grain to hold its shape and release starch slowly
